Method of payment

This translation is provided for convenience. The Bulgarian text governs.

Method of payment:

1. Payment by debit/credit card through DSK Bank's virtual POS terminal.
2. Types of cards accepted: Visa or Mastercard debit, credit and business cards
3. Transactions are carried out through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programmes.
4. For security reasons, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 1 022,58 €.
5. We do not store the details of the bank cards used for payment through the site.
6. In the event of a cancellation, the refund is made to the same card with which the payment was made.
7. Cash on delivery – in cash or by card to the courier on receipt.
8. Bank transfer – you transfer the amount to our account, giving the order number as the payment reference; the order is dispatched once the transfer has been received. The account details – the recipient, Indotrade Group LTD („ИНДОТРЕЙД ГРУП“ ООД), the bank, the IBAN and the BIC – are shown when you choose this method of payment and in the order confirmation sent by e-mail.
