Signature Blend is a recipe of arabica alone, roasted dark — to a full, balanced flavour with low acidity and a medium body. The roasting is done in Indonesia, where the beans are, and the pack holds whole beans: grinding is the last step and stays with you, just before brewing, when the aroma is at its fullest.
It comes in three sizes — 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg — to try, for the kitchen and for the machine that runs every day. Keep the pack closed and grind as much as you will brew: whole beans keep their aroma for weeks, ground coffee for minutes.
